Toddler Program

They are Ready to Explore. We are Ready to Guide Them.

13 months - 3 years old

Toddlers are in the middle of one of the most important seasons of their lives, and you feel that weight. The big feelings, the relentless curiosity, the need to do things themselves.

At DSA, your toddler's teacher builds a classroom where your child has real choices, consistent routines, and room to practice the things toddlers are wired to do: move, explore, communicate, and connect. And underneath all of it is a genuine love for your child, rooted in the love of Christ and reflected in how we show up every single day. By the end of the year, you'll notice the difference. More independence. Richer language. A child living out what we call a growth mindset.

Supporting Every Milestone

We use HighScope's Key Developmental Indicators — a research-backed curriculum — to intentionally support every area of your toddler’s development.

Think & Explore

Toddlers are natural experimenters. Through hands-on play and guided discovery, your child starts to problem-solve and make sense of the world around them, one curious choice at a time.

Grow & Move

From climbing and running to stacking blocks and drawing, every physical challenge builds both large and small motor skills. Active bodies grow into capable, confident kids.

Learn to Communicate

Vocabulary grows. Sentences form. Ideas get expressed. Throughout the day, language-rich interactions give your child the tools to connect with their teachers, their peers, and their world.

Build Relationships

Learning to share space, take turns, and name emotions is real work at this age. Our teachers guide these moments to lay the groundwork for empathy and social confidence in your toddler.

Research-Based Play

Our early childhood program uses the research-based HighScope curriculum to make play purposeful. Through active learning, children develop thinking, social, emotional, and physical skills in natural and engaging surroundings.

Christian Environment

It's a teacher who gets down to eye level and calmly helps a child find words for a big feeling. The way a simple prayer before lunch becomes part of the rhythm of the day. The Bible stories woven into their daily routine. They may not be able to explain it yet, but they're starting to Walk with God.

Partnership with Parents

Parents are true partners in their child’s early learning journey. We provide frequent updates, progress snapshots, family events, and workshops so you can stay connected and support your child’s growth at home. Together, the whole family thrives.
